You have been charged $71.10 for AVG Secure VPN (5 devices) on 25th December 2019.
Since auto renewal service was enabled for its 60 day trial that you signed up on 1st November 2019, this charge was debited automatically.
We sent prior email notification regarding this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
Do you wish to use the product till 1st January 2021 or get refund for this charge?
I downloaded a 60 day trial and asked for a credit card number to download.
He then sent me an invoice, before the 60-day trial. The amount was separated on my account. I do not want the program, but after login I can only cancel the renewal, not the subscription. Does this mean that they are now ignoring that I do not request service? Unfortunately, January 1, 2020 is the subscription I don't want!
