You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/).
Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).

I have samsung galaxy S3 i have changed the sim but when i inserted a new sim it got locked this is something shit…i m like banging my head here and there…Kindly let me know the password so tht i can get out from this shit asap.
