Hello, I live in Turkey. I've been using AVG for 10 years without any issues, but last month I noticed that my AVG antivirus program would expire on August 21. So, on July 17, I purchased a new subscription to renew it. I used the new subscription for a week, and both my old and new subscriptions were visible in my account. However, yesterday I noticed that the new subscription I bought in July has been canceled, and only the old subscription is visible now, with only 6 days remaining. I paid 209 TL for an additional year. Please help.
