Please note that "System Junk" includes cache, temporary files, unnecessary Windows files, contents of Recycle bin, old restore points data, Windows backup files and log files & activity traces. You may not consider all of them are junk when you actually review the results.
Regarding the registry items, every single action performed on your PC is logged in the registry and they are deleted when they are no longer needed. Sometimes the Windows does not efficiently cleanup causing your PC slowdown.
By saying "Sensitive Document", do you refer to Sensitive data shield feature? If yes, please note that it is available in paid AVG Internet Security only.

OK, I accept your answer regarding Sensitive Document/Data shield.
However I have now ran another scan & this time the only areas reported were :- Browser Add ons /Virus & Other Malware plus Sensitive data.
There was no reporting of "Systems Junk"/"Broken Registary Items"
Therefore there must have been a change to your program.
So I think you should investigate this.
NOTE I'm using version 18.6.3066 with Virus Def. 180824/2 Free version
On scanning today this found no Virus/Malware activities.
BUT:-
1 It did repot that 15.9Gb of "System Junk" was there
&
2 It said I had 2519 Broken Registry items
I don't believe this, would you check your program please
Also
3 The "Sensitive Document" feature is not there I've been into Menu/Update but it is not ther, please investigate

Please share the scan results of performance scan to check and assist you further. Have you installed trial version of AVG Tuneup on your device?
Yes, I see that and this happens only when AVG PC TuneUp is installed on your PC.
Please run AVG remover tool as mentioned (here) and click on "Run Anyway", if no programs found.
Complete the removal and restart the PC.
Start the scan in AVG Antivirus and check the status.
Just opened up the scan system again.
As you can see from screen shot it only reports on Browser add ons/Viras & Malware & Sensative documents.
It does not report on "Performance Issues"
No I have not installed trial "Tune up"
Do I have to have this installed to get the analysis of Systems Junk & registary issues?

If you are concerned in improving the performance of your computer, then you can opt for AVG PC TuneUp product and fix the performance related issues.

There were no issuews in the form of Virus/Malware but as I said the section relating to System Junk & Registary items was not reviewed by your system.
So your program must have a problem which you should investigate
