We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm whether you are saying about AVG scanning or AVG 1 click maintenance scan to assist further? Thank you.

I think that scanning and repairing drive c is frozen. It's on 10 % for an hour. And I don't want to damage anything by just shutting it down. Any advice please? !
