We understand your concern, to resolve this issue, please open your AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> change all the profile from public to Private.

Again, Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> System Rules -> make sure all the list are enabled. Thank you!

Hi - Newbie here.

My AVG firewall is blocking my scanner. I know that my Windows firewall is set to let it through because when I temporarily disabled AVG it worked. Please help.
