Scheduled scan not starting

Hi Tom,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Scheduled scan doesn't start. I have to start it manually. After scan is completed I reboot, and sometimes the scheduled scan then runs.
