Scheduled scanning

Hi John.
We're here to help.
Is the laptop turned on and running during the scheduled scan? The scan will not initiate if the PC is off or in sleep mode.

I am running software version 19.8.3108 ( build 19.8.4793.544) I have a scheduled scan set for Saturday I will let you know if it runs ok.

I have AVG internet security unlimited (ver. 19.8.3108 - build 19.8.4793.545) on my laptop and have set up scheduled scans again but they are not starting at their relative times, I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and I have also done a repair on it but still no joy can anyone help me with this problem.

I have avg internet security on my computer and my laptop I have set up scheduled scans on both of them my computer scan starts at it's scheduled time but my laptop doesn't can anyone help me with this issue everything is updated.

Yes I make sure my laptop is turned on at least 15 minutes before the scheduled scan.
