Scheduled scans

Hi. I have scans scheduled 2 times a week but neither one of them run. How do I get them to run?

We can certainly take a look into this.
Your computer should be turned on at the time of AVG Schedule Scan.
Let me know the version of your AVG Protection (open AVG Internet Security > menu > about) and also I request you to check the AVG Schedule scan reports (Open AVG Protection > click the gear icon next to Scan Computer > Select Schedule Scan> report files).
