Scheduling scans

Hello Harvey,
We’re happy to help you sort this out. I would like to inform you that "Scam Status" will get updated only if you run a scan by clicking on "Scan computer" on main interface and not for any other scans like Schedules scan, deep scan and file or folder scan, also your computer should be turned "ON" at the time of Schedule Scans.
Regarding Scheduling a scan:

when I try to schedule scans I can set the frequency (daily) and the start time (2 am), then hit ok, but it doesn't take, if I go back out and come right back in again I am back at the default (weekly, midnight). I often see last scan two or three weeks ago on the tombstone, so it isn't even doing it weekly, and I really want it done every day  presumably I am doing something wrong. can anyone set me straight? thanx.
