Secure browser keeps wanting to reinstall itself with updates?

What’s going on here?? I’ve rebooted several times. WIN 10

Tried again, this time uninstalled the browser completely. Reinstalled but it came up with a failure message. Could not reinstall so i’m missing out on security & features or something…
