As we couldn't locate any active/paid subscriptions under the email address you've used to contact us here, could you let us know if you have any AVG programs installed in your computer?

Hello, Recently I just attacked by hackers or some sort of virus and all my files turns into encrypt form and I can't further continue to open it. How Can I get rid of this Issue in future, kindly share your feedback. Thanks
