I have contacted support and sent a screen shot but still no resolution or even contact.
I keep getting a pop screen stating my License is banned but my wife's s using the same activation key and has no issues what so ever.
Please get this sorted mas y subscription is due in April and at the moment I don't feel like renewing at all!!

Well I reported this problem to your support on the 5th March and they issued me this case number -20741302 and I posted on this forum on the 6th March and nothing has happend since.
Its been 10 days without any contact from the AVG support team and quite frankly that is very poor support!
Especially as a VPN is fundemental to going online these days .
Advising a customer that part of there paid subscription now contains a banned license via the software they are using and then not being able to either tell them why this error has occured or remedy the error in a fast effecient way, particularly when it seems from the posts on this forum it is a very common error! Does not endear those customers to continue paying for those products.
I would very much like the AVG support team to urgently issue me the solution to fix your broken VPN so that I can get back online in a safe way.
