Hi,
I have been receiving Security Alerts from Microsoft and Google stating that my files have been hacked or will be deleted. They tell me to do a scan to remove threats and update my security.

How do I know if they are legitimate without opening them?
This has been going on for approximately 3 weeks.

I have full computer protection from AVG and when I do a scan, reports are showing that everything is safe and secure.
