Hello Graham,
I understand the inconvenience caused. At this point, please help us with the log files. This information will help us to analyze the situation and provide you with a solution.
I have sent you an email, you can follow my email instruction to help us with the log files.
Best regards,

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect. If you see this message, it's usually caused by a mismatch in enabling SSL and the port number as entered in your Outlook account settings myprepaidcenter (https://www.myprepaidcenter.one/)
Thank you for the screenshots, Graham.
Please open AVG Internet Security -> Hacker Attacks -> Ransomware Protection-> Allowed/ Blocked Apps -> Blocked apps -> remove if outlook is listed there.
Else, try to disable AVG Web shield & Email Shield temporarily and check if the issue persists. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings-> Components -> Web Shield/ Email Shield -> Turn it off.
Although in the email secuirty menu of Outlook there is an opportunity to import digital certificates this seems to relate to email signatures. I cannot see an opportunity to import server certificates. Do you know how tis may be achieved?
On opening Outlook, on a Windows10 machine, I have recently started to get a pop up error message saying the security certificate for a server cannot be verified. I get two messages (2 accounts?). I am given the opportunity to view the certificate, and the details tab says the certificate is good. I have tried installing the certificate using the default options but this makes no difference and have answered yes to the question do I wish to continue using the server. I do not get this error on other devices which access my email providers. It is not clear to me which providers certificate is in question. I attach a link https://1drv.ms/f/s!ApfB-ygt3HkO-mvv504pINvo2vbA (screenshots of the messages and details I see). My AVG software is up to date, and Windows/Outlook is on automatic update.
Well I would if I could. As previously explained while I can export the certificate I do not know how to import it to Outlook, despite asking here and on the Microsoft equivalent. I have btw cycled the device off and on, and both before and after have tried to install the certificate.

Graham, let me check this with our senior team.
Once we get a suggestion, will post it here.
Your patience is much appreciated.
Hi Karthi
I have been able to follow your instriuctions up to the point of 'apply exported certficate in the email client' Please advise what steps this means I should take. It seems to me you are asking AVG to export a certficate when Outlook is looking for a certificate from my email server.
I have previously followed the 'View Certficate > INstall certificate' route in the dialogue box shown in my screenshots, without that having any impact, despite getting a message that the install (in default locations) has been successful.
Graham,
Thank you for waiting patiently.
Please restart your computer once and import certificates from AVG to outlook to check the status if the issue.
Open "AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Email protection > Customize > SSL scanning > Export Certificate" and then apply exported certificate in the e-mail client and check if that fix the issue.
If the issue persists, then we need to collect logs and escalate the case to the senior team.
Hi Ranjani
Thanks for getting back to me. Switching off the Web & Email shields has not worked, as the messages re-appear when Outlook is closed and re-opened. (I did not restart the device). I am not able to adjust Hacker Attack settings.
