Since the error message you are seeing is an user interface issue but the full protection is active. This is also the reason for not showing the tray notifications.

You are wasting my time again, I have lost count of the number of times your team has had access to my computers, and told me the problem has been fixed, thats absolute rubish, for many years, I had no problems, the past year It has been a nightmare, its about time the AVG teem put things together properly.
