We request you to provide the screenshot of AVG window where it says as PC restart required.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Open AVG Internet Security program. Click on "Menu–>About" and provide its screenshot too.

PC restart needed, to enable some security features, it is less than a week, when it last happen'd, and i was told then, that it will not effect my security, this time it is all about security, why cant we be informed when this happens, instead of me having to check the AVG on my pc every time i boot up, i could have gone for weeks without checking it, and it's a security problem, twice in 2 weeks its happend, and i am getting fed up with AVG.

Please repair (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Repair-AVG-Antivirus) your AVG program and restart your PC once to verify the status. Let us know the outcome here.
