We recommend you to reset browser settings on your device as mentioned https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-Reset-browser&supportType=home and not to click on Ads and pop-ups which redirects to installation of unknown apps on your device. Please uninstall this application from your control panel and delete the folders related to Segurazo manually in C drive.

AVG helps us to scan for potentially unwanted programs that gets installed on our computer without our knowledge (bundled app). To configure the settings, open AVG - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Scans - Check 'Scan for potentially unwanted programs'. Please perform a full scan using AVG Internet Security and check if this detects any threat.
Hi,
This program was installed on my windows 10 laptop without me knowing.
I have tried to uninstall which required a restart but the software is still there.
I have tried AVG shredder for the folder it is in program files but this was unable to shred it.
Any advice to get rid of this program I never wanted would be appreciated.
