I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Does it show as expired?
If yes, please follow the activation instructions as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate and once done with the "leave this network" step please restart your PC once.
Open the AVG interface and follow the step  "Log into existing account".
Enter the AVG my account details and check whether the AVG Secure VPN is activated.

Hi,  I have other products from AVG,  I recently got the free trial for AVG Secure VPN, and did purchase it on June 15, 2017.  I have tried to activate it, but with no success.  Can you please help?
