Hello all,
I purchased AVG antivirus on 5th October but I am not sure that it is active on my computer, as I don't receive messages, as I used to receive before once I had purchased AVG and it would either prompt me to scan my computer or it would let me know that a scan had happened.
I did follow the instructions after purchasing it, as I do normally, but it never asked me to put my license number as it says in the instructions when one purchases it …
I also deleted previous versions I had purchased in previous years to be sure that they won't interfere with this last one and still I am not sure how to check whether it is running properly on my computer or not …
Can anybody help me with this?
At the end of the day what's the purpose to spend money on an antivirus if it is not set up properly and working?
