Several viruses found on my computer but can't be removed

Hello,
I have the AVG free software, although recently they havent popped up so i guess that they have been removed from my computer.

So i was using my computer and then there was a AVG pop out and it had a list of some threats that had been found on my computer here are some of them, Trojan horse downloader.Agent.BZWY, Adware generic7.JPV, Trojan horse dropper.generic9.AHKY etc. There was a total of 6, 3 of which have trojan horse in the name and 3 are Adware generic, so i clicked the button which said remove all and it said that all of the threats had been removed but then 20-30 minutes later they all re appeared again on another AVG pop out so i tried to remove them again and they have reappeared again, wondering if anyone has come across this before.
