Sharing violation

Hi Bernie,
We are sorry that you are unable to save Excel files after upgrading to Windows 10. We will help you with this issue!
I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security. AVG Internet Security will not conflict with Excel. To conclude if AVG is the actual cause of this issue, please try to disable AVG ( http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N ) and check if Excel is working fine. If the issue persists after disabling AVG, AVG is not the actual cause of this issue. If the issue is fixed after disabling AVG, please get back to us, we will analyze it and help you better. Thank you.

Since installing Windows 10 I am unable to save my Excel files.
I get a message that there is a "Sharing Violation" which is caused by my Virus Security Service (AVG paid version)
Any suggestion as to how to resolve?
