I followed the instruction and it achieved nothing. I tried to phone and the number doesn't work. The chat didn't respond when I tried to use it. And now I can't access either of my internet services through Chrome and have been FORCED to use the AVG browser. My Bitdfender expires in a few days. If AVG can't resolve my issues I will have to renew Bitdefender and cancel AVG.
