Shutting down internet after a few minutes

Hi Hans,

We're glad to look into this & help you. This isn't experience we want you to have & this isn't usual behavior of AVG.
Upon checking our records, we see that you've attempted to reach us via chat & the sessions got disconnected probably due to the mentioned issue.
Our colleagues has suggested you to disable AVG protection temporarily to check if AVG is causing the issue & also has sent you follow up emails after the chat sessions disconnected.
Please let us know if disabling AVG protection fixes the network connectivity issue.

Since installing the extended protection pack yesterday my internet shuts down after a few minutes, 5-10-15 minutes or so. Why? Help anybody/Hans
