My AVG, as you say, is paid for and valid. It was signed in December 2011 and will last until December 2025.
You send me a link so I can use it. I download Tueup, enter the code, and then the message comes up asking me to pay again for something that I already paid for. This irritates anyone. I could have used a free Antivirus, but I decided to pay, and you always want to charge for something that I already paid for. That way, I’ll end up uninstalling it and moving on to another option. There are several that certainly won’t irritate the customer by asking them to become premium all the time, premium. How come I haven’t already paid for the subscription???
You can be more practical and help solve this. I forgot money. Please think about post-sales.
