Since yesterday my fully licensed AVG Internet Security (Dutch version) of AVG2015 won't update

Can you please explain to me why I simply can install your competitor Bullguard (of which I'm not very fond, but I need protection!)… and can't (re)install my paid AVG2015 ??!?!

It won't even reinstall if I try to, as suggested on this site…
Can official support help me?! Please…
My PC has MSWin7 Ultimate SP1 installed.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing. We request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and then install AVG 2016 version in your pc to get your issue fixed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
To install AVG Internet Security please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe . The license number has been sent to your registered email id.
