For your information, its something we have very little control of as its mainly up to the service provider or applications (Eg.Sky, BBC, Netflix) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesn't work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.
However, we request you to try changing the AVG Secure VPN location and check whether you are able to access the Sirius XM Access application.

Hi, I am currently deployed outside the US (Middle East) and would like to access SiriusXM. My understanding is that this can be done if you are using VPN. I have the AVG VPN for my mobile phone, but it does not seem to make a difference when trying to access the SiriusXM app. It gives me a “No Data Found” message. Can someone tell me if there is something I should be doing differently short of turn on the VPN feature? Are there settings I need to set up or something of that nature?
