We are sorry to hear that. 
Are you experiencing the same issue on all web browsers? Could you try keeping the VPN on and disabling AVG Internet Security temporarily and let us know the results?

When I go and turn on AVG VPN, this site support.avg.com and others are being blocked. I have tried several locations with no difference.
