From your description, it is evident that MS Office is hibernated.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to wake it & ignore it from being hibernated in future scans by following the below steps :
Open AVG TuneUp - Speed Up - Background & startup programs - Scroll down to find 'Programs that are sleeping' - Expand it by clicking on the arrow beside it - Click on Wake beside MS Office - Later find MS office in top of that page & click on Ignore.

Hi,
Since putting un-used apps to sleep I can't open my office suite excel and word it says waking up but then it won't open. I have to reinstall office 365 each time I close my computer how do I fix this.
