Support via AVG Community forum is currently available only in English. For example, you can use Google Translate (https://translate.google.com) for translation.
If you wish to delete your billing details from the AVG database, please visit ths link, enter your email address and click Request Access.
Then, please check your inbox/spam folders for the email > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
