I suggest you to disable AVG Internet Security and check if you're able to access it.

Ever since i upgraded AVG which was about 5days ago approx 12-14 01 2020 my Smart DNS proxy will not show all the programms i used to watch eg Netflix USA, bbc UK, ITV UK ect ect. Can someone please tell me if there is something i have to switch off on the AVG system.

We requested you to disable AVG Internet Security previously, to confirm if AVG is conflicting with Smart DNS proxy.

In order to proceed further, we need to identify which component of AVG Internet Security is conflicting with Smart DNS. Please disable each components, one at a time to identify the cause of the issue.

Thankyou for the help, i turned everything off and on one by one and found out that under ( Payments) then ( Fake Webside Sheild ) was the problem, I now have all my channels back.
