I have just purchased AVG Ultimate I previously had the free version. I have downloaded the AVG security but when I launch it to run a virus scan it get Password Required - Please enter password to access this part of AVG I have tried every password and nothing works. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same thing comes up asking for a password but nothing works
