SMB:BruteForce Incoming connection blocked

Thanks for getting back to me. This is a screen shot from yesterday but I have had several more attempts from BruteForce since then.

SMB:BruteForce

The URL on all the attempsts over the last 24 hours has been the same
smb://fe80::dca9:6fb1:ca2f:39fc/BruteForce

Has this issue ever been resolved? I am getting continuous notifications saying that an attempt to connect to my computer using remote desktop has been blocked.
Its worrying me that at some point avg won't be able to block this connection!

Initially, could you let us know if you recognize/trust the IP address displayed in the threat pop-up?
Also, did you avail any remote assistance in the near past?
