Sme notices cannot be dismissed without restarting computer

AVG is a poorly designed product.

Anytime a window appears that advertises a product for sale the window CANNOT be dismissed without turning off the computer. It is designed to just stay there, interrupting usage of the computer. There is NO "X" in the upper right corner and right-clicking the icon on the bottom of the computer just brings the AVG window to the top. It cannot be dismissed there either.

Today, it went one further. I could NOT use the "shut down" feature of Windows. AVG fixed it so either did not work or the AVG window covered it. The ONLY way to shut down the computer was to use the power button.

AVG does NOT care about alienating their users as I have brought this up before and it is still happening. AVG needs to to have an "X" at the top right corner of EVERY window that it displays, even those selling a product. EVERY ONE with NO exceptions. This is obviously intentional to TRY to FORCE users to buy something!

Upon checking it, this isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. In this regard, if you prefer let us reinstall the program.

Note : You can skip running Remover tool while uninstalling.

Wayne, we assure you that an option or X symbol will be available on AVG window. 
Since it isn't available on your case, we will have to investigate and analyze the root cause.
