Could you let us know whether the threat message 'SNH-gen [Trj]' appeared from AVG initially while accessing the word file?
If so, could you mention the action that you took regarding the threat detection?
If the threat was already resolved or moved to AVG quarantine, then you can be 100% sure that your PC is safe from it.
Hi, last week I got the message SNH-gen [Trj] , when accessing some Word files on one of my old PCs, with valuable work on. I used Win 7, 32 bit on the computer at the infection time, but AVG Internet Security did not remove the SNH-gen [Trj].
I have now installed a SSD HD 64 bit Win 7 as startup drive with AVG Internet Security, and scanned the original drive without finding files infected with SNH-gen [Trj].
What shall I do to ensure that SNH-gen [Trj] no longer is on my PC original valuable hard drive?
