So called "agent"'s failure to help

Hello David,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have completely checked previous case record.
I see that you had a remote session with one of our technician where he was able to get connected with you via remote but couldn't access websites from the browsers on your PC, hence he booted PC into safe mode and was able to download removal tools and make AVG Internet Security and PC TuneUp get installed.
I am sorry to know that you lost the internet connected for your PC again.
Please specify whether you couldn't access websites on your PC or is the internet is not connected to your PC at all.

Yesterday I decided to purchase TUNE UP. I have been an AVG client for some years… There was a problem with my password(still not solved!) and so I called AVG for help. An "agent" said she would install the programme immediately. So I agreed she could do it remotely. BIG MISTAKE  on my naive part! Over two hours later(!!!) she announced that all was well and she left me. All this time I was on CHAT with her,- all seemed OK,- though long drawn out. She had told me that she was in Chennai, India! When I went back to my computer work, all my desk icons had disappeared and I had lost the internet. 24 hours later here I am in a pretty helpless state! Writing here is the nearest I seem to be able to get to speaking to any AVG worker. Where do I go from here??
