Hi, all. I’m on part of a 10-device deal which a relative of mine has paid for. I’ve inputted the activation code but it looks like I only seem to have basic protection still. I’d upload a screenshot of my AVG homescreen but I can only upload one embedded image.

I thought the product would update fully from basic to premium straight away but would appear not.

Will try restarting my computer and running WinGet then see what happens
