Software Analyzer Disabled

Hello Lorraine,
We are sorry that software analyzer is disabled in your AVG Ultimate program. Please try to repair AVG Internet Security unlimited and check if it works.
Here are the instructions:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG Protection in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
Please update the status of the component after repairing AVG, so that we can check and assist you better.

I had the "Ultimate" product installed on my Computer sometime ago.  Question:
How do I fix the problem on "Software Analyzer Disabled" in
the Internet Security section for tune up.  I believe the software is disabled.
