Hello Lois. Sorry to hear that. Yes AVG Ultimate is our latest programs and has the combination of both AVG Protection and Performance in it. In the Protection program the AVG Internet Security will get installed and on Performance program AVG PC tuneUp program will get installed. May I know do you get this Chinese language on our AVG official websites or when you log onto your AVG my account or on the AVG Community support page?

First off how do I get rid of the chinese language?  The USA flag is showing but I only have english limited shown .

Second, I purchased AVG Ultimate 2015, downloaded it , went through all of the steps but it won't work.  Also isn't this software the same as your Premium edition? 

Please help.  Thank you in advance.
