Where is the bloody AVG REMOVAL TOOL? This product has been a pain from the beginning. I do miss McAfee!!! I've invested too much for this software. I wish to receive my money back!

My avg software isn't protected and it says software analyzer is disabled.  Tried to go to the website but it isn't showing. Something about tks 1.0,1.1, and 1.2 not being on. I need help.
