Something wrong when I open AVG

Hello Scott,

I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue. It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the AVG Interface to check and assist further.

When I open AVG now, only messages on screen are a 'You're Protected' and line at top that is on top of the AVG logos/heading that includes 'span class__nls_nls_missing string'.  Can't access menu or anything else.  Tried to repair it and uninstall with no luck.  Thanks for any assistance.

Scott, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

It seems that the interface is corrupted. Please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG and check if that fix the issue.
