Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/LockedPhone). Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

There is no forgot my password on the lockscreen, and commands in avgmobilation do not seem to work. Have contacted AVG team already. Though was wondering if i just backup my phone when plugged in pc companion app without backing up apps will i still get to keep most of whats on my phone if i do a hard reset once i restore it after the reset?

Hi, put a new sim card in my phone and my phone was then locked on startup via anti theft app.
Can not remeber the password let alone setting one nto sure if i completed registration of software though the avgmobaltion website seems to be logging in with my phones details. The locate, unlock and reset password funtions dont seems to be working at all. Need immediate help when possible because i use my phone for buisness purposes.
