I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use AVG Secure VPN and getting error message. I would like to inform you that generally, you will receive this error message when there is an intermittent issue on the network. Please do change the location of the VPN by following the below instructions.
- Click Change location on the main application screen.
- Do select a different country and city to connect with.
- Make sure that you are not connected with same location.
If the issue persists follow these instructions. Please try switching the VPN protocol to Mimic or OpenVPN – you can find that option in the App Settings:
