Spam e-mail - blocking it and "spoofers"

I just looked at the link you included and I did try that prior.  Then I recevied an e-mail stating a one time support chat and that is where I was dismissed and told it was not an AVG problem I was having.  Sam didn't seem to care.

I was getting tons of spam so I started submitting it to AVG as spam.  Some however was coming from me being "spoofed".  I tried to blocked the "spoofers" but think I was unsuccessful.  Now I cannot get an e-mail if I send it to myself or "CC" myself on an e-mail.  What do I need to do now.  This is very frustrating.
