We will clarify this for you.
The Anti-Spam option was removed for the AVG because the email client itself are providing the sufficient protection for Spams.
I request you to check the respective email client support for the Spam settings.

Hello David. Thank you for taking the time to write and for your patience. My name is Shawn and I am writing to you on behalf of the AVG Senior Support team.

Specific to your concern, the AntiSpam feature is still available on installed versions of Internet Security, prior to the version 20.5 update. However upon uninstalling and reinstalling Avast Internet Security on your Windows 7 computer, the feature will not be available. At some point in the foreseeable future, the AntiSpam feature will be completely removed from all versions of AVG Internet Security, as it is being discontinued, as explained by my colleague.

I had to reinstall AVG Internet Security (paid version). But now the reinstalled version no longer has SPAM protection installed. It doesn't show up where I choose which parts of the program I want to install. Where do I get it from?

Funny. I still have AVG Internet Security on my other computer running Windows 7. It did not need to be reinstalled. It's the same version as Windows 10, version 20.7.3140, build 20.7.5568.597. However, it still has the Anti-Spam option in the Components section, and it's still in the Payments tab.
