Spouse bought 10-machine AVG Ultimate. Cannot access. Useless AVG Support

I’m tempted to copy and past this “complaint” into an email to myself and start mailing it out to websites and chats about AVG/Avast everywhere - an hour of mailings for every hour I have spent wasting my time with AVG/Avast support.
I have spent over 4 hours on phone with useless AVG support regarding AVG Ultimate paid for but not accessible to spouse.
We need this matter escalated, and a phone call or email exchange initiated by qualified, knowledgeable AVG/Avast or other support.
Thus far, AVG/Avast is the worst support in every way that I have ever seen in my 75 years of life and over 40 years of computing.
