Startup error message

on computer startup an error message is displayed

the procedure entry point AvgLibCryptoInit could not be located in the dynamic link library avgntopensslx.fmw.1.dll

how can i rid my computer of this error

i am sure it is associated with avg zen but unable to delete

help greatly appreciated

I found the same error message today on my Windows 7 PC – "procedure entry point AvgLibCryptoInit could not be located…", except the dynamic link library is called avgntopenssla.dll.

The Windows Startup Repair process did not help – received the same error message again.

My AVG anti-virus package is all uptodate. 

Do I need to create a new ticket for this?

Please help me with this problem.

i have 2 icons on my desktop
 
1.    avg           it displays avg zen and its properties are
 
C:\Program Files\AVG\Framework\Common\avguix.exe" /zen.open_ui
 
2.    avg 2015    it displays avg user interface and its properties are
 
"C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG2015\avgui.exe"
