Status of my refund

Upon checking our records, we see that the refund has been already initiated on Feb 05.
The refund process would take 7 business days. If you've not received the amount within the mentioned time frame, we'd suggest you to reach your bank to inquire regarding the charge.

On Feb 5, 2020 I asked for my refund from AVG Company and until today Feb 18 I didn't receive it.
Please let me know about it.
