Hello there. 

I got my phone stolen 4 days. I immediately tried to remotely lock it but since the GPS was off, the was no way of communication with the device to do so. Most probably the thief had put it off.

I tried to login to my account online and it shows that the AVG anti-theft is installed on my device last communication 4 days ago. I am unable to lock it or make anything. The case was filed to the police. I want to if my phone was formatted will it still show me that the anti-theft tool is installed on my device cause it can't reach it to update the status ?

Can I ask AVG to check for me under my account if they are still able to do so to know if the phone data still safe or got wiped ?

My email is linked to my phone number which was stolen with the device. I can't open my email on my laptop as it is asking for the code sent to my number to approve the login. I requested a new sim card. 
But meanwhile I wanted to contact the company regarding my manner. Is there a live chat assistance or something faster than email I can use to contact them ?
