Hi. I have been using a notebook for the last 12 months now…and never had AVG installed.
I was surprised to go into my bank account today (18 Jan) to see that DRI*AVG took £44.99 out of my account on the 17 January. I have checked my emails and there has been no indication that you intended robbing me of this money.
Please could you return my money ASAP.

Well it is now 19.24 and there is no reply, apart from your mail saying I have been sent an email to my registered email address.
I am confined to bed and am very ill.
I only have sick pay to live on, this is not an incredible amount !!!
It would be most helpful if you could return this money as it is paying for my gas and electric…which will need topping up this weekend.
